- Walk-In – we will be very happy to welcome you to Massage Bliss and Bodywork without an appointment. We will make every opportunity to see you as soon as possible, but we recommend booking in advance so that you can select the right time.
Once you have made a visit, you will receive a booking confirmation sent to your email.
Please read the message carefully, and if you have any questions or want to make changes to your appointment, be sure to contact us in a way that is convenient for you.
You will need a credit card to confirm the recording, but you will be notified only at the end of the session. You can also sign up for other forms of payment.
In our massage studio, you can pay for services using any method convenient for you:
- Credit cards – it can be Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Discover and others.
- Debit cards – you can always pay with a Visa or Mastercard.
- Cash – we accept cash payments for your simple convenience.
- Mobile payment – using a mobile payment app (Apple Pay or Google Pay), you can make a payment with us using this method.
- Gift cards/vouchers – if you got a gift card or voucher, please use it to pay for our services. Don’t forget to show them during the payment to get the discount.

Massage Bliss and Bodywork strives to make the payment process as quick and hassle-free as possible, so if you have any questions about payment methods or need help with payment options, please contact our studio administrator. We are more than excited to help you!
It is advisable to inform us in advance about your delay, as we cannot reschedule our other clients or cause them inconvenience. Most likely, your session time will be shortened by the amount of time you are late. However, you can always reschedule your appointment to another time that is more appropriate for you.
For our role, we will do our hardest to provide you with the services you have booked. Payment for the planned services will be full.
Unfortunately, we do not deal with insurance payments at this time. However, you can discuss this with your insurance company, and if you need invoices that are covered by insurance, we will be glad to present them to you.
It is advisable to call us in advance at +1872-222-1803 to check if we have any availability or to make a same-day appointment. You need to be 100% certain that you will not wait and will be seen by us.
If your circumstances require you to cancel your scheduled date, we will accommodate you. Massage Bliss and Bodywork has a special cancellation policy:
- We ask that you provide us more than 24 hours’ notice that you need to reschedule your appointment.
- If you reschedule with less than 24 hours’ notice, a 30% cancellation fee will be applied. If you reschedule quicker than 2 hours before the appointment, a fee of 50% of the service will be charged. This fee covers the costs associated with canceling the appointment and the inability to occupy your time with other clients.
- If you do not turn up for your appointment and do not give us prior notice, you will be charged 50% of the scheduled service.
You can always contact us to notify us of a late arrival or cancellation by calling +1872-222-1803 or emailing us at contact@massageblisschicago.com. You can also do this through your online scheduling account or leave a voice message. We will get back to you as quickly as we are able.
We respect the time of our specialists, so this policy helps to compensate our employees. Of course, we understand that you may have unforeseen circumstances, and we are ready to meet your needs as much as possible.
If you feel uncomfortable or want the massage therapist to change the type or tactics of massage and intensity, you should politely ask them to do so. Do not hesitate to point out your problem areas that need more attention.
Communicate with the specialist about the technique and the force with which it is performed. Be specific and point to the place where you feel pain or discomfort.
The main guarantee of a good massage is your well-being during its implementation, so do not be shy, but feel free to say what bothers you. And our professional staff will make every step possible to make you feel better.
After the massage, take some time for yourself, rest, and take a warm bath to relax as much as possible. Drink plenty of fluids, as the massage stimulates blood circulation and promotes detoxification. If you feel pain or discomfort after the therapy, a warm compress or heating pad can help to ease tense muscles, and ice can help with swelling or numbness.
